We do not guarantee any specific results, including a specific number of calls, appointments, conversions, or revenue increases. Results vary based on call volume, market conditions, your staff, your pricing, and your business operations.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current business information (hours, services, rules, contact details)
  • Keep appointment rules and availability updated
  • Honor appointments confirmed through your configured process
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable call recording, consent, and communication laws
  • Ensure compliance with applicable SMS and messaging laws for your business
  • Maintain any scheduling systems or integrations you choose to connect

You remain responsible for your advertising, pricing, customer experience, service fulfillment, and any outcomes from leads or appointments generated through the service.

4. No guarantee of results

CallTrap A.I. is designed to help capture and recover missed opportunities. However, we do not guarantee that every caller will schedule, show up, or become a paying customer.

5. Payments and billing

Fees are billed weekly or monthly depending on your plan. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend services until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for downtime caused by carriers, internet/service provider outages, third-party systems, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallTrap A.I. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CallTrap A.I. during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

  • Nonpayment
  • Fraud, abuse, or misuse of the service
  • Violations of these Terms or applicable laws

You may cancel service at any time subject to your billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing, and service access may end at the conclusion of your current paid period.
